Polypipe Ventilation or one of their associated companies retains the right to use the information provided for marketing purposes in conjunction with the Installer Loyalty Programme and updates on other Polypipe products and services. Polypipe Ventilation reserves the right to change and/or terminate the Installer Loyalty programme without prior notice. Polypipe Ventilation cannot be held liable or incur any cost, for any communication or reward cards not received by the administrator and/or installer. In the event that a serial number is not available, please post or email the invoices to the contact details as listed on the Installer Loyalty Programme page. Value earned is uploaded on or around the 2nd of every month. All invoices must be posted by the 24th of each month, to ensure the value is uploaded on or around the 2nd of the following month. A minimum of £5 must be accrued before it can be uploaded onto the loyalty card. All serial numbers and sequences will be verified by Polypipe Ventilation, who reserve the right to refuse any claim where a serial number or pattern is not valid. A copy of an invoice to confirm the purchase and verify the serial number can also be requested by Polypipe Ventilation at any time.
